Strategic Treatment
Snap traps, tamper-resistant bait stations, and exclusion foam are deployed at identified points. For severe cases, we recommend Ekomille for continuous capture without poison.
Long-Term Prevention
Up to 3 follow-up visits over 3 months to check stations, remove catches, and seal any new entry points. Ongoing monthly plans available from $150/mo.

Do you handle both rats and mice?

Is ongoing service necessary?
Not always. For most single-family homes, a one-time treatment + 1–2 follow-ups resolves the issue. Ongoing monthly service is recommended if your property has persistent entry points (like older homes or properties near green spaces), or for commercial spaces where reinfestation risk is higher.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use tamper-resistant bait stations that children and pets can’t access, and snap traps placed in areas out of reach. For homes with young children or pets, we can also use non-toxic mechanical traps exclusively — just let us know when you book.
