We contacted 1st Pest due to a Carpenter Ant problem we were having in, what we thought was, an isolated area inside our home. 1st Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend who had used their services previously. Office Manager, Trina, was very efficient and scheduled an assessment visit by Kyle. Kyle spent a good deal of time thoroughly inspecting our house exterior and interior and identified that the problem was much larger than we first thought. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and developed a treatment plan to address the infestation. Kyle explained to us how the ants live and migrate and what he would do to safely address the problem. After just completing extensive interior and exterior renovations we were very concerned about damage to the affected rooms. Kyle assured us any damage would be minimal. In fact after treatment we could not actually see where Kyle had drilled multiple injection sites in the walls and baseboards throughout the house. There were absolutely no repairs required after treatment throughout the house. Within 15 days of treatment we were no longer finding any ants in the house or around the exterior of the house which Kyle also treated. We are extremely pleased with Kyle’s work and the follow up by Trenia and their Operations Supervisor, John. We heartily recommend 1st Pest Control for any pest problem you may be experiencing. Cesar came out on quick notice to take care of what I thought was 1 wasps nest In a balcony railing. He found multiple and cleared them all out within an hour. He was clean efficient and very respectful of my space. Took his shoes off at the door and cleaned up as he went. He did a great job. Booking and payment was also easy.
