We had a sudden wasp infestation inside our house - like hundreds of wasps within a couple minutes... I called around trying to get anyone that could come immediately. A couple other companies told me they couldn’t get anyone till Monday (this was Friday afternoon). Another company wouldn’t send anyone because they were done work at 2pm. 1st Pest Control pulled one of their guys off another job to help me out and was there within an hour. I had an unexposed wasp nest above my front door. When I contacted 1st Pest control by email, they responded very quickly with detailed information and upfront (reasonable) pricing. Caeser, the technician, arrived on time and was very personable, thorough and efficient. The wasps were completely gone within a few hours. We had Filip from 1st Pest Control help address a rodent issue in our condo's common areas. He was extremely knowledgeable about different pest control techniques, friendly, prompt, and very professional.
