We had Filip from 1st Pest Control help address a rodent issue in our condo's common areas. He was extremely knowledgeable about different pest control techniques, friendly, prompt, and very professional. Great experience, from initial contact (very efficient Trina in Office) to technician visit (polite, respectful William). Service completed within two days of reaching out to them. I had prompt response to my query, sent a photo  and got with correct diagnosis of the pest, ie pantry pest. Recieved appointment date, and instructions. Had opportunity to discuss prep of condo by phone. Kate was very personable and took time to explain everything ie, chemicals to be used, dangers and precautions.
