I was very happy with the service. Trina was a great help on the phone and got a technician out to evaluate the issue the same day. The technician, Cesar, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment, and explained what treatment he recommended. I booked him to come back two days later, and he completed the work promptly. Not only are their services very cost-effective, but their team was incredibly thorough during the inspection—identifying entry points and setting up bait stations strategically around the house and boiler room. We had an issue with roof rats living the roof of the garage and surrounding areas around the alley and decided to give this business a chance. I dealt with Luis the most who was courteous and patient with all my questions, so were all the other staff members who visited during our 3 month plan. Trina at reception was always helpful also!

The 3 month plan included 3 visits once a month to check/change traps, analyze the situation and see if changes could be made. The traps Luis put were very successful in the first 2 months, which was great to see that they were working. He and the other staff at each visit were able to determine where they were entering and when they recommended at the 2 month mark to seal the holes, I did. My only issue was ensuring the rats were removed in a timely manner, which took usually 4-7 days to remove, causing crows and other things to eat them which weren't too pleasant. There was an option to pay the fee for removal but due to the cost of the plan already, it was just out of my budget to schedule in a paid visit for the rodent removal.

Since the beginning of September, I have not heard them in our garage roof, or seen signs of them around our house so I consider that a win! Thank you!!!

The technicians are terrific; they are friendly and explain everything thoroughly.  They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had my second time for clothing moths three days ago. Things were great until just now when a moth flew in front of me, I couldn't zap it in time. I am concerned about that one. Is it true, if you see one, there's 10 you can't see.? But I trust this company and its people, especially John who was very friendly. Thanks, 1st Pest Control.
