Recently, we unfortunately discovered a large wasp infestation inside our soffits. We called 1st Pest Control and were very happy with their prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service. Louis, who was a very nice guy, came by the day after we called and spent considerable time working on what I considered to be a very difficult job. The wasps had entered through a tiny crack in the soffits, making the nest itself impossible to see. To make matters even more challenging, the ladder placement was extremely difficult, as the work had to be done above a large window and right at the edge of the roof. It has now been three days since the treatment, and I have not seen a single wasp near the nesting site. If you have a similar problem, I would definitely recommend 1st Pest Control. They provided prompt, effective, and professional service, and we were very pleased with the results. After about four days the wasps have returned. I own a rental that had a small mice problem, I called their office and a nice lady named Trina sent out Kyle W. as my tech. He was great, he really knows his stuff, thoroughly talked through his process and within a week of him showing up and doing his thing, we managed to catch a small mouse which was likely the only intruder in the house. Happy with their communication style, knowledge, and response time.
